November 18, 2015 Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey released the report of the study “Power System Reliability in New England : Meeting Electric Resource Needs in an Era of Growing Dependence on Natural Gas” showing that New England doesn’t need additional gas pipelines. Instead we need to invest in energy efficiency and demand response (a more responsive electric grid).
